We have an exclusive assortment of everything that the ethnic world possibly has to offer. In top wear - Kurtas, Dresses, Anarkali, Tunics, Tops. In bottom wear – Pants, Palazzos, Skirts. In add ons – Dupattas, Stoles/Scarves.
Every product has a different size chart. Please measure yourself and refer to the size chart. If you don’t find an exact size match, go for the next size.

Yes, our clothes are of A-grade quality. We do not hesitate to walk an extra mile to ensure that our apparel’s quality is consistent and uncompromised. As we are a part of the design journey – from fabric sourcing to final production, you can be ascertained of receiving nothing but the best!
At Vishnu, we follow a stringent quality check process. So, if you find very minor irregularities in color/print of block or hand-printed apparel, be assured that this is normal. These irregularities are a trademark of ethical hand printing, thus making every apparel you shop from us original & only one of its kind.

COD is cash on delivery. This means that you will not have to pay anything while placing an online order. But you will be liable to pay the entire order amount only on receiving it.

No, you cannot change the delivery address or mobile number after placing your order. Please double-check it before placing an order. In case of unsuccessful delivery arising from incorrect address/mobile number input, Vishnu will not liable for any refund or replacement.

No, purchases made online can be returned at the web store only.

Refund

Depending on your mode of payment, it will take around 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in it.
The refunded amount will reflect in your source of payment.
If you self-ship, the entire order amount will be refunded to your source account of payment. If you opt for our return pick-up service, the amount will be refunded after adjusting the shipping cost of INR 200 to your source of payment. If the reason for return is delivery of a wrong/damaged product or any other error on Vishnu’s behalf, the entire order amount (that is inclusive of shipping cost) will be refunded to your source/bank account. Wash & Care

To maintain the color, luster, and new-like look of your apparels from Vishnu, we suggest following the wash care guide given on every product page. In a nutshell: - Handwash with mild detergent. - Do not soak. - Do not scrub hard. - Always dry in shade. Note: For some apparels, dry clean is ideal.
