Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled ONLY IF they are not dispatched and are prepaid.  When you cancel a pre-paid order in transit:

• Our logistics partner will bring the merchandise back to our warehouse.
• Upon receiving the product, we will refund the cancelled order amount to your original source of payment.
• However, the refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost of INR 200.

In the case of COD orders, cancellation is allowed only BEFORE order dispatch. Once the order is shipped, the logistics partner will attempt to deliver the order. If you change your mind post-delivery, you can exchange/refund the product. Standard exchange/return/refund policy applicable.
