At Vishnu, we work really hard to deliver nothing but the best quality and fits. We believe in transparency and ensure that our buyers have everything they need to make an informed decision.


We request you to read the product descriptions, size guide and disclaimer thoroughly and zoom in our high-resolution images to understand the print/color of our apparel before placing an order.

If you are unhappy with the delivered product; we understand that and promise to make your exchange/return process as smooth as your purchase.

  • You can create an exchange/return request by calling us on +919817700300 or drop an email on care@thevishnu.in to raise an exchange/return request.

Our exchange and returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • You can exchange/return any product purchased online from Vishnu within 10 days from the date of delivery. Post the 10-day bracket, no exchange or return will be applicable. 
  • For the product to be eligible for exchange/return, it should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. The product should also be in its original condition with all tags, embellishments, and add-ons intact. 
  • No exchange or refund will be initiated if the garment is altered or tampered.
  • On hygiene grounds, face masks cannot be exchanged/returned unless delivered in a damaged condition. 
  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged/returned in our offline store in Khan Market, New Delhi. 
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders might attract barring of COD policies.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is the ideal option when you like a product but there is an issue with sizing. 
  • For the product to be eligible for exchange, it should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. The product should also be in its original condition with all tags, embellishments, and add-ons intact
  • You can raise an exchange request from ‘My Orders’ section in your account within 10 days of delivery. Just click on the product you want to exchange and the new size that you would like to order. 
  • The original product will be picked up and a new size will be delivered to you.
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on one-time exchanges. In case of more than one exchange request on a single garment, future exchange/return shipping cost on the same garment to be borne by the customer.
  • If in a rare scenario, the new size that you are looking for is unavailable, standard return & refund policy is applicable.

Return Policy:

  • Return is the ideal option when you do not like the product, have an issue with quality, or have received a wrong/damaged item. 
  • For the product to be eligible for a return, it should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. The product should also be in its original condition with all tags, embellishments, and add-ons intact. 
  • You can raise a return request by writing us an email on care@thevishnu.in within 10 days of delivery. Please specify the reason for your return and we will take care of the rest!
  • Once our logistic partner picks-up the product, post quality assessment, we will process the refund for the same to your original mode of payment. The amount will be refunded after adjusting the shipping cost of INR 200/-.
  • If during quality check, the returned product is found to be used, washed, altered, or damaged, the product will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be initiated. Furthermore, the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases.

Return Policy for Damaged/Wrong Products:

  • If the reason for return is delivery of a wrong/damaged product or any other error on Vishnu’s behalf, intimate us with 48 hours of delivery. You can call us at +919817700300 or drop an email on care@thevishnu.in along with your Order ID and pictures of the concern. 
  • On approving the return request, reverse pick-up will be arranged and the entire order amount (that is inclusive of shipping cost) will be refunded to source of payment. For order payments made in COD, the transfer will be made to your bank account.
  • Anything that is a part of our product disclaimer doesn’t qualify as a valid return reason. In such cases, no refund will be initiated. Standard exchange norms can be exercised by the customer.
    For invalid repeated returns made from the same account (50% of the total orders made in a year), all future orders will be processed on a no-return, no-cancellation basis. 

Refund Policy:

Once you have created a return request and we have approved, you can either self-ship or opt for our return pick-up service.

If you self-ship, the entire order amount will be refunded to your source account of payment. 

If you opt for our return pick-up service, the amount will be refunded after adjusting the shipping cost
of INR 200 to your source of payment. 

For order payments made in COD, the transfer will be made to your bank account after adjusting the shipping cost of INR 200.

If the reason for return is delivery of a wrong/damaged product or any other error on Vishnu’s behalf, the entire order amount (that is inclusive of shipping cost) will be refunded to your source/bank account.

If during quality check, the returned product is found to be used, washed, altered, or damaged, the product will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be initiated. Furthermore, the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases.
